課程概述 |
本課程探討海洋生物多樣性的起源、演化過程、分布型態、生態功能及保育等議題，內容包括各類海洋生物的遺傳多樣性、物種多樣性和生態系多樣性等，著重生物類別的歧異性、共同性和演化關係，教材將以台灣海域的生物多樣性為主。單元包括: (1) Marine biodiversity in global context, (2) Geological history of marine biodiversity, (3) Pelagic biodiversity, (4) Biodiversity in the shallow sea, (5) Biodiversity in the deep-sea benthos, (6) Speciation and extinction of marine taxonomic groups, (7) Population genetics and demography of marine species, (8) Marine biodiversity and ecosystem functions, (9) Exploitation of marine biodiversity, (10) Conservation of marine biodiversity. |
